بلاد الرافدين حضارةٌ تمتدّ لأكثر من عشرة آلاف عام، أنجزت إنجازاتٍ ما تزال تخدم الإنسانية إلى اليوم؛ فهي أوّل من اخترع الكتابة وسنّ القوانين لحفظ حقوق المواطنين، وأول من ابتكر العجلة وأسس نظم الريّ، وقسّمت الساعة إلى ستين دقيقة والسنة إلى اثني عشر شهراً.Mesopotamia is a civilization spanning more than ten thousand years, with achievements still serving humanity today — the first to invent writing and legislate laws to protect citizens' rights, the first to create the wheel and found irrigation systems, dividing the hour into sixty minutes and the year into twelve months.

أمّا «بحر النيّ» فكان أحد أهم مراكز التبادل التجاري في المنطقة غرب النجف، تلتقي عنده القوافل القادمة من الصين والهند لتربطها بأوروبا. من هذا العمق التاريخي استلهمنا اسمنا لنبني — بكل فخر — مستقبلاً مشرّفاً.The ancient “NAY sea” was one of the most important trade-exchange hubs west of Najaf, where caravans from China and India met routes to Europe. From this historic depth we proudly draw our name to build an honorable future.

المهندس مصطفى كاظم منعمEngineer Mustafa Kadhim Moneim

مؤسس ومالك شركة النيّ، من مواليد البصرة عام 1985. حاصل على دبلوم الصناعات الميكانيكية بامتياز، وبكالوريوس الهندسة الميكانيكية — قسم الإنتاج والمعادن من الجامعة التكنولوجية في بغداد. مارس التخصص الميكانيكي منذ عام 2009، وتدرّج من مهندس موقع إلى مدير مشاريع في شركات القطاع الخاص.Founder and owner of NAY Company, born in Basra in 1985. He holds a diploma in mechanical industries with distinction and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Metallurgy) from the University of Technology in Baghdad. He has practised the mechanical field since 2009, rising from site engineer to projects manager in private-sector companies.

تخصص في تركيب وصيانة المعدّات الدوّارة في مجالات النفط والغاز وتوليد الطاقة.Specialised in installing and maintaining rotating equipment in oil, gas and power generation.
